I like it for making cakes. It has leavening products added which produces a lighter, less dense cake. I also use a little of this flour mix, with a more dense flour mix, when I want a lighter dough for my pizza recipe. If you want more dense baked goods this is not the flour to use. I find Bob’s Red Mill AP or Baking Flour works well.
