These are not as allergen friendly as they seem and it’s so easy to replace potato starch with cornstarch. it’s a shame.

Cooking gluten free is not always easy, and these pie crust are delicious. A can of gluten free chicken soup, cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables and these pie crusts make a wonderful Chicken Pot Pie. I have used them to make my mother-in-laws chocolate cream pie and a favorite asparagus quiche. Everyone loves these pie crusts.
