Its great structure means it’s got traditional bread texture, and toasts up crisp with a nice, chewy center. Slices are of good size, too, allowing for easy sandwich making or a satisfying slice of toast, perhaps slathered with butter and jam.

Product Review: Udi’s Gluten Free Delicious Multigrain https://gffmag.com/product-review-udis-gluten-free-delicious-multigrain/ https://gffmag.com/product-review-udis-gluten-free-delicious-multigrain/#comments Fri, 29 Mar 2019 19:15:53 +0000 https://gffmag.com/?p=220393 Read More]]> It was a love-hate relationship with Udi’s original gluten-free bread–it tasted great and had good bread-like texture, but the slices were too small. Their latest recipe, name (Udi’s Gluten Free Delicious) resolves the size issue–these gluten free multigrain bread slices are big enough that you can have a serious sandwich. The flavor, though different, is good, too, with its toasty flavor and slightly sweet finish. Sometimes the bread is a wee bit too moist, making it so you need to gently pull slices apart out of the bag. But it’s a small price to pay for a good piece of bread. Bonus: the bread is available in regular and extra-large (and we mean EXTRA large) loaves.
