This is delicious. The recipe showed up at the perfect time because I had a bowl of pears that weren’t any good as fresh fruit and cranberries. I had to make a few changes, almond flour rather than hazelnut, and I used dairy butter. I just tried a corner of it and it was fabulous. Thank you, Alanna, for another great recipe.
